LA GUILLAUMETTE - Charming accommodation in Le Guillaume St Paul, Reunion Island

Designed to comfortably accommodate 2 people, it can nevertheless accommodate up to 4 people in a master suite (queen-size bed, TV with Netflix, desk with Wifi) with a dressing room and bathroom (shower, sink, toilet), a main room containing the equipped kitchenette (toaster, kettle, micro-wave oven, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, Senseo expresso machine, electric hotplate, dishes, ustensils) and a lounge area with a convertible sofa, and a private terrace overlooking the swimming pool and the tropical garden (shared with the owners who live in the adjoining house).

Ideally located in the heights for travelers who do not like the hot weather on the coast, La Guillaumette is in the village center which offers local shops: pharmacies, medical centers, a grocery store, a supermarket (2 km away), a greengrocer and also an excellent bakery (winner of "2018 France’s best baguette"!) and a butcher awarded "best sausage of Reunion"!

Halfway between the sea and the mountains, you will enjoy many tourist destinations: Le Maïdo, the "balcony of Reunion" will offer you a remarkable view of the Cirque de Mafate and the west coast of the island, as well as hiking departures for all levels. To access the beaches of the west coast, such as Boucan or Roches Noires, it will only take you 20 minutes by car, as well as to reach the pleasant seaside resort of Saint Gilles les Bains (shops, leisure activities, restaurants, bars, night life...).

On the mountain side, you can count on your host Philippe for advice on hiking!
