The Timon family ahs been living in the Ilet des Lataniers forever, at an altitude of 620 meters.
Jean-Marie, the former postman of Mafate, and Mireille have been welcoming hikers (up to 30) since 2003 for a Mafate stopover as we like them in the Gîte Le Jacquier (like the Jackfruit tree in their yard).
You can sleep in 2 buildings:
• The cottage: 2 double bedrooms and 2 dormitories with 4 bunk beds. Shower, toilet, washbasin
• The large building: 1 dormitory with 4 beds 1 dormitory with 6 beds 1 dormitory with 8 beds 3 bathrooms (3 showers, 3 toilets, 2 sinks)

For your pic-nic lunch we make take-away salads for 8€ (please order the day before).
