CHEZ FOSTIN - Italian restaurant in St Gilles les Bains

Since 2015, Chez Fostin has been THE "Ristorante italiano" in the heart of St Gilles les Bains!
The decor looks Italian and, more importantly, the food tastes it: the fresh and high-end products serve the traditional Italian cuisine of the boss, Malo, who runs the place every night (except on Mondays and Tuesdays).

Lovers of Italian cuisine will not be disppointed in this small intimate and friendly restaurant very easy to find in the center of St Gilles les Bains.
For, besides the high-end pizzas, they will be able to feast on risottos, fresh pasta, Italian bowls, focaccia burgers, Italian cheese and cold meats and of course Italian desserts (dolci)!

The menu offers a wide choice of hand-spread pizzas and calzones, made from Italian flour, and generously garnished with fresh, quality Italian products. They are cooked in a Neapolitan pizza oven imported for the occasion (see photos).

Do not miss the "focaccia burgers", a creation of Fostin, a folded focaccia containing a creamy burrata and a juicy shred of meat ...

Looking for freshness? Our Italian bowls, another of Fostin's creations, offer a bouquet of freshness on a base of venere black rice with raspberry balsama, accompanied by Italian cold cuts and cheese and crunchy vegetables.

Wines from the wine bar, Italian spirits (selection of 10 different Martinis), beers, sodas and other sparkling waters will accompany these delicacies.
